WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Sales BI Analyst, reporting to the BDM, Trade Strategic Customer Accounts & Operations, will play a key role in supporting the success of Masco Canada's Trade and Retail Sales Teams. This role will act as a subject matter expert in sales data, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to develop dashboards, automate data integrations, streamline data and system workflows, and ensure accurate and effective sales reporting. Your responsibilities will include: Manage metrics/analytics programs, and ensure the correct reports and dashboards are in place to enable the VP of Sales, Sales Directors, RSMs, NAM, and BDMs to make data-driven business decisions. Review and update Monthly RCCM and KPIs Monitoring Backorders to all agencies and sharing at S&OP Salesforce adoption project to maximize the use of Salesforce through the development of efficient pipeline and quotation processes - pending Report and share key analytics with Sales Teams, including Sales, Profitability, Key Account, and Agency performance Centralize all reporting for sales, forecasting, and finance teams. Collaborate with BI & finance teams as required for Sales RCCM, Business Review documents, and Analyze Sales P/L &GL Accounts. Generate and analyze sales reports for critical accounts, customers, and agencies. Increase sales productivity and efficiency by simplifying processes and implementing automation. Analyze business processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Lead Masco Operating System (MOS) projects to streamline processes and reduce waste D&I is a repository to ensure Sales reports and dashboards are updated in a timely fashion and easily accessible for a team to self-serve Complete BRL, Monthly Executive Summaries, and Commercial Reviews Forecasts Complete analytics on promotional programs Extract data from various sources, transform and manipulate it as needed, and create meaningful and insightful dashboards. Support MCL Power BI Adaption Other Duties as required WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Experience & Background: 3–5 years in a similar business intelligence or analytics role, ideally supporting a large sales organization. A background in business, analytics, or operations is preferred. Dashboarding & Data Storytelling: Proficient in developing and leveraging dashboards in Power BI and Cognos to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with IT teams, to evolve data capabilities and deliver value-added reporting tools. Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and clarity. Skilled in identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights within complex datasets using KPIs, revenue performance metrics and customer data models. Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Data Manipulation for querying and transforming data. Familiarity with Excel and other core Office tools to support data analysis and reporting needs. Industry Understanding: Awareness of the plumbing, home improvement, or building products sectors is an asset but not required.
