Flynn Canada Ltd is searching for a Service Coordinator to support our Calgary
office! This role will report directly into the Service Manager.
A Day in the Life:
Support the Superintendent:
-
Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy

Organize and schedule jobs
-
Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring
-proper equipment is available and arranged
-
High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations
and information is present for work completed.

Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for
completed work

Prepare estimates for service and repair work
-
Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
Support the field Operations:

Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
-
Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary
paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.

Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle
leak calls

What We Are Seeking

Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset

Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and
verbal

Ability to pay strong attention to detail

Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the
phone

Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a
deadline-oriented environment

Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills

Work independently as well as in a team-based environment

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

Roofing experience is a strong asset
