We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Calgary. This is a part-time hybrid position with the flexibility to work both remotely and in-person. You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping duties, support financial reporting, and help keep our accounts accurate and organized.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks).
Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Manage bank and credit card reconciliations.
Support payroll preparation and related remittances.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters.
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (in-house or client-based).
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Must be based in Calgary and able to work in person part of the week.
