We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who possesses deep
expertise in Salesforce technology and can effectively lead and manage a team of
developers. As a Salesforce Technical Architect & Team Manager, you will play a
crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of
Salesforce solutions while providing technical guidance and leadership to a team
of developers and administrators. You will collaborate closely with
stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful
delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with organizational
goals.
Job Responsibilities:

Salesforce Technical Architecture:
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of scalable and robust
Salesforce solutions to transition Shift4 away from legacy, homegrown systems
and processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct architectural and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex Salesforce development
projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry
trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing
mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Conduct interviews, assess talent and alignment, and onboard and integrate
new developers
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting
knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to align goals, address
challenges, and provide support.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as project managers, business
analysts and consultants / vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Leadership:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce technology with a focus on
Financial Services Cloud, guiding the team in technical decision-making and
problem-solving.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best
practices for Salesforce development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization
of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure the team follows Salesforce security and data integrity standards and
practices.
- Provide technical support and assistance to team members, resolving complex
technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 3 years of
experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, completing architecture and
design patterns.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of Salesforce
developers.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration,
including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best
practices.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project
management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to
translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
(CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable.
