Job Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and team members to coordinate and manage the successful pick-up and delivery of orders.
Track and trace orders within our network and provide timely updates to customers and team members.
Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.
Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications
1 - 2 Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry
Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
