What it’s like to be a Senior Association Coordinator at Federated Insurance Under the general direction of the National Associations Director, this role provides support to the Associations team and the Association leadership. It is the primary responsibility to create and handle all administrative tasks to ensure the proper management and reporting of association business. We want your talent If you are great: Provides administrative support services to the Association's managers and senior leadership. Coordinates and schedules meetings, internally and with outside facilities, handling all appropriate arrangements, including third-party contract management, preparation of meeting notices and agendas, equipment set-up, refreshments, room reservations, and taking minutes. Coordinates with the Regional Association Managers and the Marketing department the distribution of promotional material, social media, blogs, articles and advertising for Association partners. Prepare, validates, maintains and distributes numerous Association monthly and quarterly reports. Manages association various business information in the Associations Teams channel and on the corporate Sharepoint sites. Responsible for providing monthly Association information system updates to Sales, Underwriting and the Data Analytics team for Wave and Polaris. Validates Association members to existing business platforms to determine and ensure accuracy of Assocation reporting. Conducts monthly New Business audits for membership in Associations. Creates, maintains and coordinates Association partnership agreements, sponsorship and marketing payments. Assist in the administration of the the new CIS Association Incentive Program. Maintains and updates the Associations’ employee listings for the Employee Assistance Plan Arranges and ensures payment of the donation matching program in collaboration with our Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. If you have: Post-secondary education or related work experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role Proficient working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced competency in time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities Strong team collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment We really mean it when we say we put you first.
