We are seeking a Managed Platform Assurance Analyst to join our Cloud
Operations team, responsible for ensuring the ongoing health and performance of
client instances in our cloud-hosted enterprise application through monitoring,
analysis, alerting, and collaboration. This role focuses on proactive
monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization to deliver a
reliable and seamless customer experience.
The Managed Platform Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring Brinqa’s
enterprise customers experience optimal application performance and platform
stability. This role involves continuous monitoring of client environments,
proactive identification and resolution of issues, and delivery of insightful
reports that drive client confidence and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
● Monitor the performance and availability of client environments.
● Identify, investigate, and respond to service degradations, outages, or
failures.
● Generate and deliver recurring performance, health, and SLA reports.
● Act as a liaison for operational updates and analytics-driven recommendations.
● Collaborate cross-functionally for issue resolution and client communication.
● Conduct daily and weekly application health checks.
● Triage alerts and incidents, escalating where necessary.
● Communicate with clients regarding outages, updates, maintenance,
and improvements.
● Track SLAs and ensure compliance reporting is up to date.
● Analyze usage trends to provide actionable insights
●Offer recommendations based on analytics and observed platform behaviors.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
● 2+ years of experience in SaaS operations, platform assurance, or technical
support.
● Google Cloud experience preferred.
● Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and enterprise
monitoring workflows.
● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
● Effective communicator with experience handling client communications.
● Knowledge of platform deployment architectures and configuration management a
plus.
● Experience with tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence preferred.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
