Tenstorrent is looking for a Methodology Engineer to help build the AI-driven
foundations of our verification and design flows. This role blends software
engineering, hardware awareness, and AI integration to create next-generation
tools and infrastructure for chip design. You’ll collaborate with design and DV
teams to streamline workflows and push the boundaries of automation.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- Strong software developer with deep Linux expertise and a systems mindset.
- Skilled in SystemVerilog with a solid understanding of design and
verification processes.
- Curious about AI and passionate about applying it to EDA workflows.
- Familiar with logic design concepts, languages, and hardware architectures.
What We Need
- Develop AI-enabled tools and infrastructure to accelerate design and
verification.
- Support methodology development across RTL design and DV teams
- Collaborate with engineers to identify bottlenecks and propose automation
solutions.
- Integrate software best practices into hardware verification environments.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k
including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education,
background and location all impact the actual offer made.
