Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Leadership Team Coordinator to provide strategic and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role offers high visibility across the firm and is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in both strategic project execution and executive-level support. The Senior Leadership Team Coordinator will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer and other members of the SLT (including the CIO, CMO, CPO, and CFO) to ensure the effective execution of firm-wide initiatives, operational priorities, and confidential projects. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision. You will be focusing on: Project Coordination (60%) Assist with the coordination of strategic initiatives across the SLT; ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are proactively managed Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting tools as well as assist with collating information on strategic initiatives and assigned projects; communicating progress (or risks) to the SLT Coordinate and track progress on cross-functional initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and status reports. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by liaising with internal departments, other NRF regions, and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution and information flow. Administrative Support (40%) Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SLT Prepare executive level communications, presentations, and briefing materials; manage the bi-weekly SLT meeting agenda as well as tracking (and assisting) with the follow-up on action items Support operational tasks such as insurance documentation, marketing initiatives, contract database management, and internal events (e.g., townhalls). Process invoices and manage vendor agreements in accordance with firm policies and procedures. Provide executive assistance to the SLT, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity and compliance with firm standards. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. What you bring to the role: Bilingual (English/French) with flexibility to work across Eastern and Mountain time zones. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments. Must have proven experience coordinating projects and understand the tasks required to support C-suite executives in across project deliverables and administrative support. Minimum 7–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate or professional services environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise executive-level documents. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented, client-focused mindset. High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI, iManage, Microsoft Teams, and basic accounting principles is an asset. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
