At Tenstorrent, we’re building cutting-edge compute technology—and that means
growing a strong, people-first team. We’re looking for a Contract HR Operations
Coordinator to keep our HR engine running smoothly. This hands-on role is
perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn the ropes in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role is in person, based out of Toronto.

- Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy and speed (onboarding,
offboarding, changes).
- Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, resolving or escalating as
needed.
- Maintain HRIS data and support process improvements as our systems evolve.
- Collaborate across IT, Finance, and Facilities to keep operations smooth.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k
including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education,
background and location all impact the actual offer made.
