👥 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead engaging bi-weekly sales meetings (online or in-person)
✅ Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (30 mins each) for 6 sales reps
✅ Track performance, goals, and celebrate wins
✅ Collaborate with leadership to support growth & culture
⭐ What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in sales coaching, leadership, or training
✅ Strong communication & facilitation skills
✅ Organized, reliable, and motivational
✅ Comfortable working with metrics & performance tools
