Selling Partner Financial Technology team aims to enable every partner to thrive
globally by providing a trusted, simple, and intuitive financial experience. We
support Stores Partners with foundational capabilities for financial event
onboarding, balance tracking, payouts, collections, risk reduction, and internal
financial reporting.
Currently serving 2.7M+ active sellers across 35+ Amazon internal businesses, we
apply state-of-the-art technology to solve complex business problems. Our
projects have significant visibility and impact, directly tied to Amazon's
profitability and growth. We seek Software Development Engineers (SDEs) who want
to stretch both their technical abilities and business awareness.
Ideal candidates will have sound technical acumen and enthusiasm for real-world
problem-solving, an innovative mindset and persistence in tackling challenges,
broad technical skills to optimize data synthesis and complex business rules,
and the ability to employ the latest technology in supporting Amazon's

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns,
reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of full software development life cycle,
including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build
processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year.
Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of
compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in
addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
