PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and associated data analysis
Support the preparation of monthly forecast and Labor Cost and HC trend analysis
Update and maintain organization charts on a weekly basis
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition function – interview coordination and scheduling
Support HR projects and programs
Assist with maintaining the company HR Intranet to ensure all documentation is current
Liaise with Global HQ HR
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Provide extensive support for local, regional, and global reporting purposes
Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean is required
2-3 years of relevant experience
University or College degree/diploma in Business or related field is preferred
Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are required
Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills
Excellent organization skills and a proven ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
A creative problem solver with sound analytical skills and sound judgment
Adaptability, flexibility & resilience. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality
