POSITION SUMMARY:
The Key Account Manager, Hospitality Solutions is responsible for developing and implementing collaborative business plans to achieve specified targets and deliver long-term mutual growth with existing and new reseller partners. This position is also responsible for motivating, training, and mentoring assigned Hotel/Hospitality channel partners in their assigned territory (QC, NB, NS, PEI, and NF).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Quotas & Results
Develops new accounts/relationships
Works with existing Hotel/Hospitality channel partners
Creates revenue plan by account with buyer – forecasting 120 days out
Develops account specific promotional plans 120 days out
Ensures monthly and quarterly targets are achieved
Maintains account profiles and monitors account compliance with plans
Strengthen relationship with existing accounts
Ensures proper brand message is delivered in all materials
Attends industry events
Conducts learning/education training sessions
Ensures proper brand message is delivered
Manages projects across various cycles
Identifies business shortfall or opportunity and develops short-term and long-term solutions
Administration
Keeps up to date with latest LG Product Road Maps
Participates in forecast calls
Manages inventory and sell-through activities
CRM management – activity and opportunity focus
Understands market share within existing accounts and develops action plans to close gaps
Addresses service related and other customer issues
Maintains proactive relationship with order fulfilment counterpart
Keeps Senior Management Team abreast of all areas of development
Self-Improvement & Training
Memorizes LG product knowledge and related materials
Maintains expert knowledge of key competitors in key growth categories
Keeps abreast of industry trends and market intelligence through e-learning, industry magazines, sales related materials, trade shows, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant discipline
5+ years’ experience in B2B channel sales required
Bilingual skills in English/French would be a strong asset
Experience in Technical Sales required
Experience in Digital Signage, AV, Hospitality TV sales space preferred
Strong communication, both oral and written
Proficient with MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently/remote
Strong organizational skills
Self-Starter
Quick learner
