Evident is reimagining dental automation with EviSmart™—our AI-powered platform that connects dentists, labs, and systems through one intelligent workflow engine. As we expand globally, we’re building a lean, fast legal team to support contracts across our SaaS, tech, and healthcare verticals.
We’re hiring a Legal Analyst with strong contract skills who can think commercially, work quickly, and help build scalable legal processes that enable—not block—business velocity.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and redline contracts including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, employment offers, NDAs, and more
Support sales, HR, finance, and product teams with fast-turn legal edits and feedback
Maintain and improve our contract template library
Help structure legal workflows that balance speed, risk, and internal approvals
Occasionally assist with compliance research, privacy updates, or IP documentation
What We’re Looking For
Law degree (LLB or JD) with 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
Strong understanding of SaaS, commercial law, IP, and employment basics
Clear, concise legal and business writing
Eligible to work in Canada
Detail-oriented but not bureaucratic—you move fast and know when “done is better than perfect”
Bonus: Experience in legal ops, startups, or health/SaaS tech environments
Licensing not required. We welcome candidates on the path to accreditation (e.g., NCA or articling)
