Anticipated End Date: 2025-10-02 Position Title: Security Operations Center Specialist Job Description: Security Operations Center Specialist Location: This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. The Security Operations Center Specialist is responsible for providing security support and protecting the organizations physical assets by maintaining and safeguarding the physical assets of the facility. How You Will Make An Impact: Identifies, analyzes and reports all incidents that could negatively impact company sites and assets. Ensures that physical security systems remain operational 24/7 across the enterprise, enabling corporate leadership to make well-informed decisions to mitigate company risks. Maintains a secure facility at all times (3rd shift core hours are 10pm - 6am). Receives calls regarding security-related incidents occurring within the company and creates incident reports utilizing incident management software. Monitors enterprise-wide physical security systems and dispatches the appropriate individual/organization for any emergency situations. Activates alarms as necessary. Provides continuous monitoring of company facilities, associates and assets, and responds accordingly to incidents. Monitors social media and conducts open-source investigations, making decisive judgments on whether a situation presents a threat to company assets based on information available. A comprehensive understanding of the various software platforms used in the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is required. Promptly notifies corporate security leadership and any associates potentially affected by risks or threats. Ensures communication is clear, concise, and accurate. Minimum Requirements: Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field, with customer service experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences: Experience conducting social media monitoring and open-source investigations is preferred. Experience with Windows-based computer programs and Microsoft Office suite software is strongly preferred.
