Explore the BDC Way in our Culture Book POSITION OVERVIEW In this key role, you will be responsible for optimizing our capital structure and supporting our growth ambitions. You'll work closely with the MD Securitization and Specialty Finance to structure, analyze, and execute securitization initiatives and manage our existing debt facilities. You will also lead a team of analysts and associates making sure that they get the coaching, tools and guidance they need to perform. This position is a perfect fit for a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of financial markets. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Oversee the evaluation and recommendation of Securitization transactions, ensuring that they are appropriately documented and structured. Structure and execute securitized funding and new programs to enhance funding efficiency. Perform complex data and cash flow modeling to evaluate collateral performance, project future outcomes, and prepare packages for internal and external stakeholders, including rating agencies. Review and ensure compliance with lending agreements, proactively identifying and mitigating both credit and operational risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Translate credit agreement terms into precise internal reporting and performance forecasting. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, economics, accounting, or finance is required. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus. 10+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, or Securitization. Demonstrated experience with warehouse financing, securitization, or other ABS funding is highly preferred. Advanced skills in data analysis, cash flow modeling, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VBA), Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Solid understanding of credit markets, financial accounting, and statistics. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
