What You Will Learn
Processes and roles and responsibilities of a Program Management team.
Softwares and applications such as Power BI and Power Apps.
Develop communication and simplification skills.
Participate in continuous improvement sessions.
Establish a professional development plan.
Your Contributions to the Team
Analyze budget envelopes of the Program teams.
Plan follow-up meetings and present your analyzes.
Plan and structure governance activities.
Develop analysis tools for large volumes of data.
Contribute to the budget definition process.
Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team.
Identify the risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes.
How to Thrive in This Role
You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management and or portfolio management.
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset).
You have experience in database management or data processing.
You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks.
You speak and write in French and English.
