About the Role
As a Frontend Engineer focused on Agentic AI & RPA, you’ll work at the bleeding edge of AI-first product development — integrating autonomous agents and robotic process automation (RPA) directly into the Tailwind product.
You’ll build user-facing tools that visualize, trigger, and monitor AI-driven workflows in real time. This is a high-impact, highly-visible role shaping how thousands of insurance tasks are automated every day.
What You’ll Do
Design & build UIs that bring AI agents and RPA workflows to life for end users.
Collaborate with backend & AI engineers to integrate LLM-driven automation into the product.
Develop frontend tooling for workflow orchestration, real-time status monitoring, and error handling.
Experiment rapidly with LLM APIs, RPA frameworks, and orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal) to push the limits of what’s possible.
Work closely with Product & Design to ensure complex automation feels intuitive and transparent to end users.
Contribute to frontend best practices, architecture, and design systems as the team scales.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web apps.
Proficiency with React JS/TS (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
Excited to work with LLMs, AI APIs, and RPA tools; previous experience is a plus but not required.
Comfort designing real-time, event-driven UIs for complex workflows.
