The Nutrition Associate assists in all areas of Food Service operation. Primary duties include but are not limited to collecting patient meal selections; tray assembly; nourishment, enteral feeding and formula preparation; meal and nourishment delivery to patients; tray collection; diet changes; dishwashing; cleaning and customer service.
- Ability to bend, lift and push
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with several different areas including Nutrition Services, unit staff and supervisors
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Good decision-making skills
- Food Handlers Certificate
