The Role:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position will assist in the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. An eye for detail is key to the success for someone stepping into this role!
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices.
- Communicate with staff concerning payable questions or discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- Manage vendor accounts.
Accounts Receivable
- Assist in processing customer payments.
- Prepare customer invoices.
- Submit customer invoices as required using customer systems/portals.
- Investigate late payments.
Experience:
- 1+ years in related role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Oilfield experience is preferred.
