JOB TITLE: Inventory Accountant

Position Details:
- Work closely with our sales departments to process equipment sales and rentals.
- Calculate and enter Salesman commissions.
- Work with our various original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) to take advantage of all available discounts on retailed equipment.
- Initiate payments to our lenders and OEM’s.
- Reconcile lender statements.
- Verify interest charges from the lenders are correct.
- Reconcile amounts owing from finance companies.
- Enter OEM invoices and compare to purchase orders.
- Reconcile accrued liabilities, program receivables, pre-sold trades, commission payable, and warranty payable, etc.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
- Post-secondary education
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office
- Intermediate accounting knowledge
