Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with Oil & Gas customers, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while delivering innovative solutions that enhance sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.
What You'll Do:
Design and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Process Applications
Deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze data and drive continuous improvement
Execute Account Management Excellence Programs including Service Plans and Business Reviews
Lead sustainability initiatives through Value Generation Plans
Achieve revenue targets while managing commercial negotiations
Develop new business opportunities for consistent growth
Maintain safety excellence following all EHS procedures.
Success Metrics:
Build strong customer relationships driving account growth
Develop innovative solutions delivering measurable value

Present technical solutions to key stakeholders

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering (or 8+ years field experience with high school education)
Chemical water & process treatment experience
4+ years technical sales with proven account management success
Consultative selling and solution development experience
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
