Position Summary SOMMAIRE Le chef de service est responsable de l’approvisionnement en matières premières, fournitures et prestations de services auprès des fournisseurs. Il contrôle le choix des fournisseurs en valorisant une politique de partenariat tout en tenant compte de la qualité des services, du ratio qualité/prix, du juste à temps et de l’amélioration continue. Il assure la gestion de l’équipe approvisionnement. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Planifie, organise, dirige et contrôle les activités du service. Applique une gestion participative dans son service, gère la performance des employés sous sa responsabilité et assure une communication efficace de son service et avec les autres services de l’entreprise. Élabore et gère le budget de son service. Procède à l’achat des services en transport et douane. Participe à des projets avec le service des achats corporatifs Veuille à la conformité des engagements fournisseurs (loi, réglementation, etc…) Assure le maintien des dossiers fournisseurs, surveille la performance des fournisseurs afin d’assurer l’excellence de leurs services. Élabore et maintien des indicateurs de performance Négocie des ententes avec nos différents fournisseurs en ce qui a trait aux prix, aux conditions de paiement, ententes d’entreposage hors site,etc. Recherche de nouveaux fournisseurs et en approuve la qualification. Élabore et recommande des stratégies afin d’atteindre les objectifs de réduction de coûts. S’assure du respect des normes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, FSC et EUDR pour son département. Détermine les articles à conserver en inventaire et optimise les quantités selon les seuils de rentabilité et de réapprovisionnement. Analyse l’inventaire avec faible taux de rotation afin d’en trouver les causes. Approuve les bons de commande de son service, approuve les factures de son service. Création et suivi des indicateurs de performances environnementales Effectue à l’occasion des visites chez les fournisseurs afin de faire des audits qualité. Exécute toute autre tâche inhérente à sa fonction.
