Landscape Maintenance Foreperson – Commercial Properties
Do you notice crooked signposts, weeds sneaking through sidewalks, or grass left a little too high in front of a plaza?
Perfect. That’s the eye for detail we need at CSL Group.
Since the early ’80s, CSL has been keeping commercial and industrial properties in top shape—through every season. From summer landscaping to winter snow and ice management, we handle business parks, retail plazas, and corporate campuses with pride.
Why CSL?
At CSL, we’re more than a property services company—we’re a family-based team built on our values of Safety, Humility, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Growth (SHARING).
We offer stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to make an impact on large-scale, high-visibility commercial properties.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate crews maintaining commercial properties: retail, industrial, and corporate.
Manage turf care, trimming, pruning, litter pick-up, and overall property appearance.
Handle plaza “curb appeal” tasks—signpost repairs, painting touch-ups, and small fixes.
Act as the main contact for clients and property managers—share updates, manage service requests, and ensure expectations are met.
Operate and oversee equipment (tractors, skid steers, loaders, chainsaws, mowers).
Maintain safety standards—because safety is just as important as appearance.
Train, coach, and guide your crew to work efficiently and effectively.
Transition into snow and ice operations during winter (plows, salters, shovels).
