Do you love connecting with people, bringing energy to a room, and creating memorable experiences? Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a Sales Associate who is not only motivated to grow our membership community but also brings creativity and a fun factor to our studio culture.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with potential members through in-studio, phone, and community outreach to grow our membership base.
Build lasting relationships with members by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Create engaging social media content that highlights our workouts, community, and events.
Assist in planning, promoting, and organizing in-studio events and community partnerships.
Help keep the studio running smoothly by supporting the front desk team with daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re outgoing, approachable, and love talking to people.
Social media savvy—you know how to create fun, engaging posts and stories that capture attention.
A team player with a positive, energetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented—especially when it comes to planning events.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and personality go a long way!
