Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement optimization models to support strategic decision-making across business units. Build and maintain simulation models (e.g., discrete-event, Monte Carlo) to evaluate system performance under various scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insights. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of changes in key variables. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies in optimization and simulation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in optimization modeling, simulation analysis, or advanced analytics. Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, AnyLogic, Arena, Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar. Strong understanding of linear programming, mixed-integer programming, stochastic modeling, and other optimization techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their integration with simulation models. Knowledge of Digital Twin technologies.
