We’re Rove Concepts, a fast-growing, design-driven furniture brand headquartered in Vancouver, BC. With five showrooms across North America — Miami, Los Angeles, San Diego, Toronto, and Vancouver — we create spaces that inspire, convert, and connect.
We’re looking for a sales-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead our 4,000 sq. ft. Toronto flagship. This is not a desk job — it’s about driving results, building long-term client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales culture on the floor.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach a team of 3–5 associates to consistently exceed showroom sales targets
Build and champion a clienteling-first culture that drives repeat business and referrals
Develop and execute outbound initiatives to grow market share and bring new clients through the door
Track KPIs and use sales data to optimize performance, conversion, and average order value
Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory flow, and merchandising to keep the showroom polished and high-impact
Deliver a best-in-class client experience that reflects the Rove Concepts brand
What You Bring
5+ years in retail or showroom management, ideally in luxury, design, or furniture
Proven success leading teams to hit and exceed sales goals of $10M+ annually
Strong background in clienteling, business development, and outbound sales
Hands-on leadership style — you set the pace, inspire the team, and drive results
Deep understanding of North American retail hours and customer expectations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong operational know-how to manage inventory, staffing, and floor execution
