Responsibilities
Serve as a key support and strategic partner to the VP of Sales (Eastern Canada), working hand-in-hand to grow advisor relationships.
Make 100+ high-impact calls per day to financial advisors across Canada—introducing Pier 4’s investment platform, booking meetings, and following up on opportunities.
Provide in-depth investment insights, product overviews, and market updates to advisors.
Own and manage all CRM activity in HubSpot—tracking every advisor interaction with precision and care.
Follow up after VP meetings to keep deals moving forward—you are the closer behind the closer.
Deliver first-class service and build long-term relationships with top-tier financial advisors.
Collaborate on sales planning and support digital and in-person campaigns, roadshows, and virtual events.
This Role Is for You If You Are:
Francophone with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
A sales athlete—competitive, self-motivated, and unafraid to pick up the phone.
Obsessively organized, with mastery of HubSpot.
Familiar with investment products, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
A self-starter who thrives in high-performance environments.
Energized by structure, accountability, and results.
Excited to work in a high-speed, private equity-backed firm with direct exposure to executive leadership.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both French and English.
5+ years outbound sales experience in financial services or investment sales with advisors.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in business, finance, or a related field.
Deep understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and advisor distribution channels.
Strong knowledge of the private equity and/or real estate investment space
Proven ability to build rapport quickly, deliver value, and convert interest to action.
