CareersThatKickSaas! TrueContext Finance team is growing and looking for an experienced and calculated Accounting Analyst to join the team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounting systems and company transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Record and pay vendor invoices while ensuring they are accurate, and process approvals are completed
Recording of entries from bank statements and monthly bank reconciliations
Process payroll (Canada, US & UK)
Record and maintain corporate credit cards
Foreign exchange adjustments
Assist with month-end reconciliations of AP, cash and other accounting figures
Responsible for the reconciliation and submission of payroll taxes and remittances
Support the financial year-end audit process
Review staff expense claims
Assist with other projects and duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Strong organizational skill and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy with exceptional follow up skills
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping, reconciliations and accounts payable principles
Basic financial/accounting concepts
Demonstrates analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
