Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Dispatcher, you will coordinate and execute the timely flow of materials, subassemblies, and completed assemblies throughout the production processAs a Production Dispatcher, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
Ensure that production operations has the necessary orders, parts, etc. to keep production moving efficiently throughout the production process
Maintenance of dispatch lists
Monitor movement of kits from the stockroom to work cells and between work cells
Effectively understand, communicate, and manage resolution of material and production issues that may jeopardize attainment of customer delivery or production plan objectives

Maintain forklift certification
Highschool diploma or GED
Good understanding of MRP systems
Effective computer skills including Excel and Word
