Essential Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of Consulting / Advisory experience with majority of experience in architecting Guidewire solutions and leading teams for large scale Guidewire transformations
Experience of advising clients on Guidewire and Digital transformations, providing thought leadership and using Consultative Selling approach to win new business for Guidewire transformations
Led at least 2 complex full-suite implementations across multiple Guidewire suites - Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital Portals, Datahub, Infocenter, Analytics
Proven track record of starting an engagement from scratch and progressively creating buy-in with client senior management to expand small team size into a large multi-million dollar engagement
Ability to lead Guidewire sales pitches, solution creations, estimations and define tools / frameworks to enable a repeatable approach for Guidewire platform delivery
Strong experience across the Insurance value chain – Policy, Billing, Claims.
Experience in interacting at CxO level or at the "Head of" function level and demonstrated ability to influence client business and architecture leadership teams
Ability to collaborate with Client Partners, Service lines and partners to develop accelerators, value propositions, joint solution constructs and implement them at key clients
Highly proficient in Guidewire - Significant experience in Digital Channels, eco-systems and integrated back end systems with experience of having advised teams on
Moving Guidewire to cloud / architecting cloud based solutions
Front end framework - responsive / hybrid / native - multi-channel implementations
Integration architectures (including 3rd party)
Analytics frameworks in conjunction with Guidewire platform
Process automation / digitization / workflow
Requirements
Guidewire Certification is Mandatory; AWS certification is desired
Guidewire architect with hands on experience in Guidewire Digital (Jutro), Claim Center, Policy, and Billing Center modules.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud will be an asset, as we already have everything in Cloud except Claim Center.
