✅ What You’ll Do
Lead software design and development for core product features
Drive continuous integration and deployment of our platform
Champion innovation and ongoing improvement in user experience and performance
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and mentorship
Monitor and support the platform to maintain a seamless user experience
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations
Implement security and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2)
Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical clarity across stakeholders
🧠 We’re Looking For Someone Who…
Has strong proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices
Understands APIs and system interoperability (FHIR/HL7 knowledge a plus)
Has experience with cloud-based SaaS environments and scalable architecture
Brings deep knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP)
Can break down complex problems and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Enjoys mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
Proactively identifies areas for improvement and drives them forward

🌍 Additional Notes
This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
