Matti Restaurant is a bold new restaurant concept by Lifestyle Group, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead with passion, inspire a team, and keep things running smoothly, all while bringing serious energy to the floor.
Who you are:
An experienced and confident leader in the hospitality industry
Guest-focused, with a natural flair for delivering memorable dining experiences
Skilled in team management, operations, and driving performance
Organised, hands-on, and solution-oriented...especially in high-pressure situations
Passionate about food, people, and creating a unique atmosphere every day
Positive, driven, and ready to bring the vibe
