The Work
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of cyber security outcomes
and driving enterprise-wide changes in meeting the Organization’s cyber security
strategic objectives. This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and
organizing resources required to achieve the corporate cyber objectives. This
role facilitates the governance, monitoring, communication/escalation and
presentation of cyber security roadmap.

The Core Responsibilities!
- Facilitate and support the strategic planning processes for identifying
priorities for the cyber security program and articulating the strategy and
roadmap.
- Develop budget and financial planning documents and facilitate approvals.
- Oversee assignment of delivery leads or project managers and ensure proper
project governance to realize outcomes.
- Financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for the cyber security program.
- Monitor the cyber program execution and delivery.
- Drive complicated and enterprise-wide initiatives with cyber security impact
for the organization and provide Executive reporting.
- Collaborate and negotiate with technology and business leaders to gain
support for initiatives and resource needs for program success.
- Ensuring program delivery success by addressing challenges to success and
promptly escalating as required.
- Provides leadership and coaching for delivery leads and project managers in
gap areas such as financial planning, change management or as required to
achieve needed outcomes.
- Measure, monitor and report on benefit realization
Let's Talk About You!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Cyber, with at least 5 years in leading
enterprise programs.
- Proven track record in leading cyber transformation or digital modernization
programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and
security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or TOGAF are a plus.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial management

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working
from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street,
Toronto, ON.
