You won’t just be following orders you’ll be hands-on in launching the venue, building the team, and shaping the vibe from day one. This is your chance to grow into a leadership role while having a real impact on the guest experience.
🍺 What’s the role about?
Support the Outlet Manager in leading the charge, from pre-opening plans to daily service
Keep operations running smooth: service, team, quality, and that “wow” factor
Help manage schedules, training, and day-to-day logistics like a pro
Be the go-to person when the Outlet Manager is away
Jump in on ideas for events, promos, and anything that makes the place shine
Collaborate with other teams to make sure guests leave smiling (and coming back)
Keep an eye on inventory and costs
🔍 You’re a great fit if you:
Have experience leading or supervising in pubs, bars, or buzzing restaurants
Are a natural motivator; hands-on, calm, and good under pressure
Know how to manage people, solve problems, and keep standards sky-high
Are organised, detail-loving, and a pro multitasker
Speak fluent English (extra languages = extra awesome)
