The Property Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in upholding Whistler
Platinum’s luxury standards by overseeing the quality and consistency of
property inspections. This role ensures that all properties meet or exceed the
expectations of homeowners and guests. The Property Services Supervisor provides
leadership to the Property Services Inspections team, monitors quality control,
and addresses any issues to deliver exceptional service.
What will I be doing?
- Supervise the Property Inspections team, providing training, guidance, and
support to ensure high-quality performance.
- Conduct routine quality control checks of inspected properties to ensure
cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness align with Whistler Platinum’s
standards.
- Create and update inspection checklists and procedures to maintain
consistency across properties.
- Monitor daily inspection schedules, assigning tasks and adjusting as needed
to meet operational demands.
- Serve as a point of contact for inspectors, providing support in resolving
property-specific challenges.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and the Housekeeping team to
address and resolve issues such as property damage, maintenance needs, or
guest complaints.
- Document and report inspection results, highlighting areas for improvement
and tracking trends in property conditions.
- Provide feedback to team members and participate in performance evaluations
to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with the Guest Services and Maintenance teams to ensure properties
are guest-ready prior to arrivals.
- Assist in onboarding and training new inspectors, ensuring they understand
Whistler Platinum’s quality expectations.
- Perform property inspections as needed, particularly during high-demand
periods or for high-priority properties.
- Contribute to seasonal projects, including inventory checks and updates to
property profiles.
- Other duties as required – flexibility and teamwork are key to ensuring
smooth operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in property inspections, housekeeping, or quality control
within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality
standards.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for
prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using property management systems and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with luxury property expectations and standards is an asset.
- Knowledge of Whistler and the surrounding area is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and
on-call shifts as required.

Visa Requirements:
You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in
obtaining Canadian work authorization.
Minimum commitment to be considered for this role is 12 months
