Brown & Brown is seeking a First Impression Ambassador to join our growing team in Markham, Ontario! The First Impressions Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all callers, visitors, and teammates. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls and mail, coordinating boardroom bookings, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the position provides administrative support through courier requests, electronic correspondence distribution, claims entry, and vendor coordination to help drive office efficiency and strong relationships. How You Will Contribute: Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to, answer and distribute all incoming calls, open, sort and distribute daily mail, boardroom bookings and maintenance as well as office supply inventory. Arranging and sending out courier requests Provide administrative support in distributing all electronic correspondence from carrier portals. Distribution of Faxes and claims entry Build courteous and successful relationships with team and vendors to improve office efficiencies. Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 1+ year office experience High School Diploma Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point.
