Job Opportunity:
Innovative Automation is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Builder to join our team. You’ll be responsible for assembling custom automation equipment using precision-machined components, purchased parts, and detailed design specifications. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex problems. We offer opportunities at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels, depending on experience and skill set.
What you’ll do:
Assemble automation equipment based on blueprints, sketches, and specifications
Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Electrical Build and Controls teams to ensure machine functionality
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments during trial runs
Document design changes and maintain build records
Lead or support projects depending on experience level
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What you’ll need:
Certificate of Qualification in Precision Metals (General Machinist, Mould Maker, Tool & Die Maker) or Millwright
Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in automation equipment assembly
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel globally for installations and service

Time management and task prioritization
