Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to assist with building and scaling a
commercial software as a medical device (SaMD) application. You’ll work across
the entire software development lifecycle—from front-end to back-end to
deployment—helping us transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready
systems. You’ll collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure the
application not only meets functional needs but also adheres to industry
regulations and supports ongoing monitoring and maintenance. This is a hands-on
role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in regulated
environments, takes pride in building rock-solid systems, and values reliability
above all else.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full-stack
applications
- Build and maintain robust survey and dashboard applications, ensuring
accurate integration with backend platforms
- Develop scalable systems to transition prototypes into production-ready
solutions, including monitoring scripts and background processes
- Support regulatory compliance (SaMD standards, FDA considerations, QMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability,
and maintainability of systems
- Provide ongoing support for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and
enhancements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
- Experience building applications hosted on AWS
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework
(Angular, React, or Next.js)
- Strong experience with Node.js/Express for backend API development
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, BigQuery, or similar)
and writing advanced queries
- Understanding of regulated environments (finance, healthcare, medical device
software) is a strong plus
- Experience with software testing practices, including automated testing
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-stakes,
compliance-driven projects
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) or tools such as Greenlight
Guru is an asset
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
