What You'll Do:
- Represent the Brand: Attend and coordinate local and regional events to build
relationships, engage with the community, and strengthen brand presence.
There will be approximately 25+ events on evenings and weekends throughout
the year that you'll need to manage, attend, create, etc.
- Innovate with Technology: Champion the use of AI, automation, Google
Analytics, Google Ads and emerging tools to streamline workflows and maximize
performance.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor a talented marketing coordinator, guiding them to
deliver creative, high-quality campaigns across all channels.
- Build Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that boost brand
visibility, drive client acquisition, and set new industry standards.
- Own the Details: Oversee CRM and database strategies that are efficient,
effective, and built for results.
- Stay Ahead: Continuously monitor trends, ensuring the brand remains on the
cutting edge of marketing and technology.
- Deliver with Excellence: Keep projects on track and moving forward, ensuring
deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Who You Are:
- You've Done This Before: 8+ years of experience in a marketing role where you
managed campaigns from strategy to execution.
- A Visionary: You anticipate trends, embrace innovation, and know how to apply
new tools (including AI) to make an impact.
- A Driver: You take initiative, thrive under pressure, and know how to push
projects forward.
- A Finisher: You don’t just start strong- you follow through to the last
detail.
- A Creative Problem-Solver: You see obstacles as opportunities and come up
with smart, practical solutions.
- An Organizer: You excel at structuring workflows, prioritizing, and keeping a

- Must be able to regularly attend events in the Burlington/Hamilton/Oakville
area, as well as work on-site 5 days per week in the Burlington office.
