This is marketing leadership role - with a twist. We are NOT looking for folks
who have come up through a traditional sales and marketing path. Rather, we are
looking for candidates who have demonstrated cross-functional experience in
business. Whether as a Manager of Operations or even Manager of Finance of a $5M
to $30M enterprise, you must have worked very closely with the C-Suite and other
executive leaders on initiatives that have driven growth for that company.
PURPOSE
The Marketing Engagement Lead (MEL) is the senior point of contact for client
accounts at Crisp. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution,
high-quality delivery, and consistent results across mid- to large-tier clients.
Acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, the MEL connects
client goals with the right team, resources, and processes—bringing clarity,
momentum, and accountability to every engagement.
While not positioned as a CMO, the MEL provides senior-level oversight and
strategic guidance, serving as a trusted partner who ensures alignment,
operational efficiency, and measurable impact across all marketing activities.
The MEL works closely with Crisp’s CEO and General Manager and will receive
coaching and support as they grow into and through this role for the best client
outcomes.
