Match Group’s Core Product Design Team is on a mission to shape the future of
dating across some of the most iconic and innovative brands in the
industry-including Match, Meetic, BLK, OkCupid, Upward, Yuzu, and more. We’re a
centralized design team that works across multiple platforms and markets,
delivering experiences that are both scalable and deeply personalized.
This team is uniquely positioned to influence the design language, systems, and
product strategy for a wide range of Match Group brands, each with its own
voice, audience, and purpose. We focus on creating elegant, inclusive, and
emotionally resonant dating experiences that help people find meaningful
connections-no matter who they are or where they come from.
We’re seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Designer who thrives at the
intersection of systems thinking, UI craftsmanship, and user empathy. You’ll
collaborate across product and engineering teams, and ensure every interaction
is intuitive, delightful, and rooted in user needs
As a member of this collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll help design
experiences that span cultures, platforms, and user needs-all while contributing
to a design system used by millions of people around the world. If you're
passionate about product design that balances craft, empathy, and scale, you’ll
feel right at home here.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic
happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for
creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Vancouver office 3
days/week.
