They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organisation's mission, values and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, media and the general public. Those in Corporate communications at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage and align employees with the organisation's goals, values and initiatives. You will also help build the profile of senior leaders internally and externally. Meaningful work you’ll be part of As Communications Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with dedicated internal stakeholders to build relationships, understand their needs, assess in the context of all firm communications and advise on the best ways to achieve their objectives Provide strategic counsel and business partnership to the stakeholders / leaders on communication best practices to help drive awareness and engagement around our firm’s strategy and business goals Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for a variety of projects and programs that support PwC’s strategy and priorities Write and produce high quality communications which may include integrated internal communications campaigns, internal digital news articles, speeches, videos or digital signage, with a particular focus on storytelling Edit with an eye for detail and understand business and technical content and what's in it for the intended audience Ensure that communications follow brand guidelines and major grammar principles Contribute to and help manage the firm’s corporate communications channels (e.g. internal news, digital signage, intranet); measure and report on the impact of communication strategy, channel effectiveness and tactics (output and outcomes) Support and enable the firm’s communications cascade model to support PwC’s strategy, business plans and priorities Provide strategic input into Line of Service and national calls and town halls Assist with external profiles to help position leaders on issues aligned to firm strategy Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve PwC Canada is committed to cultivating an inclusive, hybrid work environment.
