As an Analyst, Business Effectiveness Co-op you will have a real impact in making our clients’ ambitions a reality. You will collaborate with a diverse group of teams within four core areas of Business Management Office to deliver a best in-class experience. In this role, you will spend time supporting the various lines of business through data analytics and reporting, resource and capacity management, and financial and project forecasts. This includes investigating, analyzing, transforming data, and developing dashboards. You will spend part of your time supporting with process improvements, coordinating projects, and assisting with employee engagement. These should all be uploaded into the Resume section of the application as one pdf document Term Length: 8 months How You’ll Succeed Project Management - Execute small scale projects within any of the abovementioned departments by creating a small project plan, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating various tasks Process Improvement - Review, document and improve upon existing processes and procedures within any of the abovementioned departments by closely working with internal groups, partners, vendors etc. as required Digital Enablement – Create or Improve Digital Engagement and Experience for our internal employees and teams by digitizing existing process, procedures, and practices with help of today's cutting edge digital tools Employee Engagement & Communication – Help in various Employee Engagement initiatives using various channels such as MS Teams, Groups, Chats, Live Sessions, Email and Share Point pages, posts etc. Draft employee communication related to various ongoing initiatives Be involved in various committees (e.g. Health & Safety, Fire Warden, Social Committee etc.) engagement, support recruiting committee members, volunteers etc. during various initiatives Compliance & Reporting – Assist with audit, compliance or reporting activities if needed Reporting & Analytics – Produce various reports and analytics on various topics, assignments, projects, or simply day to day business operations Who You Are You can demonstrate experience in performing administrative tasks, managing multiple competing priorities, and dealing with ad-hoc requests.
