As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of strategic projects focused on developing omnichannel solutions for auto insurance. You act as a catalyst for collaboration by facilitating communication between Business and IT teams to ensure consistency in product evolution. Your role also involves understanding the organization’s business needs and the impact on stakeholders. You identify how solutions affect the organization and ensure follow-up from the requirements definition stage through to operational integration. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders from various areas of expertise and must be able to strike a balance between their diverse interests. You demonstrate mobilizing leadership in change management, guiding teams and stakeholders toward solution adoption while ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition. More specifically, you will be required to: Collaborate in defining the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives Ensure the solution meets the needs of members, clients, and business sector Maintain consistency across proposed solutions and channels (online, contact center, etc.) Prioritize project anomalies based on the value they bring to the organization Work with architects and business analysts to: Understand business needs and requirements Identify organizational impacts and dependencies Ensure complete traceability of requirements Lead the definition of delivery and change management strategies Act as the person responsible for operational integration Contribute to solution monitoring and support teams through deployment.
