Role
As we scale, our commitment to reliability and secure infrastructure grows
stronger. We're looking for a Service Reliability Engineer 2 to join our SRE
team and take on company-level initiatives that shape the availability,
scalability, and observability of our systems.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) 🔧

Enhance Observability: Create and evolve dashboards, experimenting with LLMs
to support faster incident detection and smarter resolution.

Ensure System Reliability: Implement rate limiting with Kong Gateway to keep
traffic flowing smoothly and systems performing under pressure.

Champion Security: Apply security standards with Vanta and AWS programs to
keep our infrastructure safe and trustworthy.

Automate Operations: Eliminate repetitive tasks by building tools and
processes that free teams to focus on innovation.

Collaborate with Engineering: Work with development teams to enable autonomy
while building a culture of shared responsibility for reliability.

Lead Incident Response: Drive incident management processes, communicate
clearly with stakeholders, and turn learnings into long-term improvements.

Ideally, you:

Make high availability, scalability, and reliability a priority in your work.

Have experience running and improving incident response, and can communicate
clearly with stakeholders during and after incidents.

Keep security in mind when designing and improving infrastructure.

Know how to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and safe
delivery.

Use and improve observability tools to monitor system health and performance.

Are curious about new technologies, including AI tools, and eager to
experiment when they can bring real value.

Enjoy collaborating with engineering teams and believe reliability is a shared
responsibility.
