As a Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies that align with Elovate’s business goals and market needs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience, drive customer satisfaction, and position Elovate as a market leader. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone reviews to ensure timely, value-driven delivery. Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. Manage product backlogs, engage stakeholders, and drive change management to maximize product value and adoption. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions. Coordinate with external vendors, monitor SLAs, and align deliverables with internal sprint timelines. Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product enhancements. Support go-to-market (GTM) planning by preparing release notes, feature overviews, and aligning product launches with cross-functional teams. Represent Elovate at trade shows and customer presentations. Participate in product testing to ensure compliance with functional and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager managing Agile teams and leading end-to-end product development. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Aha. Strong vendor management skills, including SLA tracking and roadmap coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Self-motivated, organized, and innovative with a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Automated Traffic Enforcement industry.
