Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for contractors with payment issues, service issues, and system support
Perform system maintenance and set ups for servicers
Level 1 escalation handling and problem resolution from warrantors and other system users
Enter estimates and invoices into LimeTac for financial transactions
Monitor the coordination and administration of The Brick external service network (appliance and furniture)
Handle customer escalations as they pertain to the Brick external servicer network
Act as a liaison between stores, warranty and contractors
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement
Previous experience in a call center environment required
A passion for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail)
Proficient in LimeTac
