Your contribution!
The role is to provide analytical and reporting support on various compensation and benefits programs, as well as budget forecasts and estimates.
Your day-to-day!
Participate in the management and administration of various compensation programs, such as the salary review and variable compensation program, the allocation of long-term incentives, etc.;
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes for benefit plans and programs;
Participate in various compensation surveys throughout the year;
Analyze compensation survey results and participate in developing proposals and recommendations for different target groups;
Support the team during national pay equity exercises to ensure internal equity;
Support the team during the annual renewal process for employee benefits in Canada and the US;
Prepare the annual labour budget and analyze it on a quarterly basis;
Conduct market analyses, comparative analyses, job evaluations, pay equity exercises, and other compensation analyses;
Work closely with team members on various projects related to compensation and benefits.
Your skills, our requirements!
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (or Industrial Relations) or any other relevant field;
WorldAtWork certification (CCP, GRP, ACCP, CBP) is an asset;
Independent, demonstrating good judgment and professional discretion;
Analytical, detail-oriented, and quantitative with proven modeling skills;
Problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize information, and strong communication skills;
Experience in administering compensation and benefits programs for Canada, the United States, and France is an asset;
Experience in analyzing the results of large-scale salary surveys;
Work experience in one of the major consulting firms or a public company is an asset;
ORACLE is an asset;
Office Suite (advanced to expert Excel);
Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis.
Additional considerations!
The position be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
This position is a P2 level.
